Stick Deodorant V's Spray Deodorant

I've always been a spray deodorant kind of person and it was always just what we bought in our house - for a long time i didn't even know that stick deodorants were a thing.

I was browsing through the drugstore about a year back and they were having a huge sale on stick deodorant so i bought a few to try and i find them to be so much better than the spray ones.

I never found myself smelling throughout the day when using the spray ones however, after a workout it became noticeable - after changing to the stick deodorant i haven't noticed a smell even after a very hard workout.

Another reason i find them a lot better is that i find that they last a lot longer than the spray ones - i can use the stick one for at least three months before it runs out whereas the spray i was having to buy a new one at least every month.

A lot of people i speak to about using a stick deodorant always pull a face and think it is disgusting and i can never understand why? At least i am using deodorant right? I think a lot of people confuse stick deodorant with roll on deodorant which i do find a little strange - roll on goes on wet whereas stick just goes on normal and you don't have to wait for it to dry before putting on clothes.

The only downside i find with stick deodorant is that it does leave white marks on clothes very easily - which may put a lot of people of trying them but i think that i would rather have some white marks than smell a lot faster.

I would recommend everyone to try stick deodorants if you were feeling like me and felt that spray was just not working as much as i would have liked - you may find you see a noticeable difference!

Lip Blams

For a couple of years now I've been suffering with the worst case of dry/cracked lip imaginable. All day I am constantly applying lip balm as my lips without anything covering them is agony. They constantly crack and then bleed, they flake off and to be completely honest it isn't exactly very nice to be talking to someone and feel as though they are just staring at your flakey lips. So since I feel like I am an expert in the field of lip balm as I own and have tried what feel like hundreds over the past two years that I would give you my personal opinion on a few Lip Balm I have tried out recently and wether they were work the money, and if they have done anything to help my lips. 1. La Roche-Posay - Barrier Repairing Balm I initially bought this as I had heard Estee Lalonde rave about how good it was for helping her lips from being so cracked and sore so thought it would help me. I use this every night and lather it on my lips and yes I do think it helps...

Slimming World - Week 2

My first week back at Slimming World and I would say that it was a complete success! 99% of the time I was on plan with just one day where a Nandos may have happened!  It paid off! My first weigh in and I lost 2.5lbs! I am delighted, it just goes to show you that if you stick to it then it pays off and you will see the results that you want. If I lose 2.5lbs every week I will be one happy girl! Lets hope this week I am just as determined as I was last week! Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Serum

Recently I have been trying a lot of night serums to try and improve the texture of my skin – I am glad to have found the Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Serum. I haven’t really ever had the best textured skin, now that I wear make-up on a daily basis I notice the areas that are not the best even more. My make-up will stick to those areas or the texture pushes the make-up up over the area – this makes it even more noticeable to me. One night I took my make-up off and got really frustrated with my bad skin and took to google to find a product that would help me – the one that kept popping up and had good reviews was the Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Serum. I quickly bought the product and as soon as it arrived I tried it out… needless to say I was not disappointed. I used this product   each night and it just blurs any bad texture areas, it makes my skin feel so soft which is what I look for from many of my skincare products. As this product blurs the texture it makes my make-up...
