Making Cookies...

Today i tried out Vivianna Makeups chocolate cookies, and for the first time making them i think they turned out well.

Ingredients -
To make these cookies you will need..
- 200g Butter
- 300g Castor Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 275g Self Raising Flour
75g Cocoa Powder
- Dash of Milk (if needed)
- A large bar of chocolate (I used Cadbury's)
- A large bar of white chocolate(I used Milky Bar)
-Dark Chocolate if would like

First of all i started by measuring out all the ingredients and placing them in bowls. I find this easier to do at the beginning as its easier when making the cookies.

Next you have to cream together the castor sugar and butter - i must warn you that if you do not have blender and have to do it by hand it may be more difficult!

After this has been creamed you then add the large egg and mix together to form a paste.

After adding in the egg, add all the dry ingredients (flour and cocoa powder) then mix all together. This may take some time and may feel like you're doing it for a while but it will come together eventually! After that add in the chocolate chunks... leave some chunks to the side and you will see why soon.

Once all ingredient have been mixed its time to make them into small balls and lay them on greaseproof paper, try and lay them out with a bit of space between them as they will expand a lot while cooking.

With the leftover chocolate place them on top and this will flatten them slightly.

Place them in the over at 200Degrees for 10Minutes. When they have been in for this amount of time take them out.. they will still be very soft but do not worry just leave them for half an hour and they will harden up.

Next just eat and enjoy!

Hope you enjoyed reading and make these cookies!

Love Stef x

Lip Blams

For a couple of years now I've been suffering with the worst case of dry/cracked lip imaginable. All day I am constantly applying lip balm as my lips without anything covering them is agony. They constantly crack and then bleed, they flake off and to be completely honest it isn't exactly very nice to be talking to someone and feel as though they are just staring at your flakey lips. So since I feel like I am an expert in the field of lip balm as I own and have tried what feel like hundreds over the past two years that I would give you my personal opinion on a few Lip Balm I have tried out recently and wether they were work the money, and if they have done anything to help my lips. 1. La Roche-Posay - Barrier Repairing Balm I initially bought this as I had heard Estee Lalonde rave about how good it was for helping her lips from being so cracked and sore so thought it would help me. I use this every night and lather it on my lips and yes I do think it helps...

Mario Badescu Make Up Remover

For many months now I have been using a waterproof mascara as I feel like it hold a better curl and last a lot longer without dropping or shortening the curl. One thing I could not stand and quite frankly dreaded was having to take the mascara off to apply a fresh coat, I used to spend ages tugging at my lashes to try and get all the product off but for some reason my lashes just never felt clean, I always felt like there was still a coat of mascara on them. I searched the shops for removers that were specific to taking off waterproof mascara and even they did not seem to work either.  I loved how to mascara looked and I did not want to have to try and find another mascara that looked as good. I was looking through Beauty Bay a few months back and found the brand Mario Badescu and I remembered watching a video of Zoe where she spoke and raved about how good the brand was. Since I had tried everything else I didn't think it would hurt to give their waterproof ...
