Finally Caved... She Uemura Eye Lash Curlers Review

For years and years i have been buying cheap eye lash curlers from the Drugstore that have lasted me maybe 2 months at the most - and that is using them to the bitter end! And lets be serious they do not even do a good job of curling your eye lashes anyway!

However a friend had recommended that i try the Shu Uemura Curlers as i was always moaning about having to buy another pair. But at the price of Twenty Pounds i really wasn't interested in spending that amount because i just thought it was too much for what they are.

After buying my third pair in a few months i was starting to get frustrated that they did not give me the curl and hold i wanted and would just break after 5 uses and i decided that since i use them every single day that i would be a good investment to spend the extra money as i knew i was getting a good pair.

I went into Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh and the super lovely women at the counter was so helpful and talked me through everything. She said that if i changed the black silicon pad that they would last me a whole year!

So i am happy that i finally got rid of all my old drugstore rubbish ones and have found ones that actually do exactly what i want them to do a hold the curl all day!

If you are like me an use your curlers religiously then these are definitely the pair for you! I've left a link down below to where you can read more about them and buy them if you want and have a look at more amazing Shu Uemera products.

Hope you've enjoyed reading

Lip Blams

For a couple of years now I've been suffering with the worst case of dry/cracked lip imaginable. All day I am constantly applying lip balm as my lips without anything covering them is agony. They constantly crack and then bleed, they flake off and to be completely honest it isn't exactly very nice to be talking to someone and feel as though they are just staring at your flakey lips. So since I feel like I am an expert in the field of lip balm as I own and have tried what feel like hundreds over the past two years that I would give you my personal opinion on a few Lip Balm I have tried out recently and wether they were work the money, and if they have done anything to help my lips. 1. La Roche-Posay - Barrier Repairing Balm I initially bought this as I had heard Estee Lalonde rave about how good it was for helping her lips from being so cracked and sore so thought it would help me. I use this every night and lather it on my lips and yes I do think it helps...

Slimming World - Week 2

My first week back at Slimming World and I would say that it was a complete success! 99% of the time I was on plan with just one day where a Nandos may have happened!  It paid off! My first weigh in and I lost 2.5lbs! I am delighted, it just goes to show you that if you stick to it then it pays off and you will see the results that you want. If I lose 2.5lbs every week I will be one happy girl! Lets hope this week I am just as determined as I was last week! Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Serum

Recently I have been trying a lot of night serums to try and improve the texture of my skin – I am glad to have found the Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Serum. I haven’t really ever had the best textured skin, now that I wear make-up on a daily basis I notice the areas that are not the best even more. My make-up will stick to those areas or the texture pushes the make-up up over the area – this makes it even more noticeable to me. One night I took my make-up off and got really frustrated with my bad skin and took to google to find a product that would help me – the one that kept popping up and had good reviews was the Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Serum. I quickly bought the product and as soon as it arrived I tried it out… needless to say I was not disappointed. I used this product   each night and it just blurs any bad texture areas, it makes my skin feel so soft which is what I look for from many of my skincare products. As this product blurs the texture it makes my make-up...
