Not gonna write a lot this week - had another really bad week with no sort of plan as to what i was going to eat so ended up putting on 0.5lbs!
Not shocked about this but I do think it has been the kick up the butt i needed to really push it this week and not use all my Syns and actually eat free foods rather than the junk and McDonalds I've been eating.
So another week i am starting fresh - lets see if this can be better than last...
Target Weight - 1 Stone and 3.5lbs to lose before my Holiday in June!
