Kat Von D - Everlasting Lasting Liquid Lipsticks

Can we just take moment to appreciate how amazing these liquid lipsticks are? The Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick have the most amazing staying power of all the liquid lipsticks I’ve tried.

I bought two of these lipstick on my trip to Las Vegas this year and out of all the items I bought at Sephora these defiantly did not let me down. When I was on holiday I decided to try these out and see for myself how amazing they really were.

I applied a coat of this at about 8am before going out to start the day and decided that I wouldn’t take the lipstick out with my to touch up during the day to see how long it would last – I heard these would last all day without needing to be touched up, so I really wanted to see how true this was.

This is the two shade i got - the top one is 'Mother' and the bottom is 'Bachelorette'. This is with one coat before it dries with that amazing matte finish.

Throughout the entire day I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner with a few too many snacks and alcoholic beverages in between and after returning back to the hotel room at around 9pm the lipstick was still intact. I couldn’t believe it, the lipstick looked as though I had just applied it right then.

All the amazing things that I heard about these lipsticks were true and I was surprised that i agreed with every amazing word said about these!

This is the swatches once they have dried! - Amazing!

The range of colours is amazing with 29 shades on the Sephora website ranging from a vivid hot pink to a pitch black shade so I would say there is a colour for everyone.

It’s a shame that at the moment the range is really only available from Sephora directly, however, soon the range will be coming to Debenhams – which is really exciting! Although I imagine the range will sell out really fast so best be quick when they announce its launched.

If you would like to have a look at the full range then I have linked the Sephora Website here.

Lip Blams

For a couple of years now I've been suffering with the worst case of dry/cracked lip imaginable. All day I am constantly applying lip balm as my lips without anything covering them is agony. They constantly crack and then bleed, they flake off and to be completely honest it isn't exactly very nice to be talking to someone and feel as though they are just staring at your flakey lips. So since I feel like I am an expert in the field of lip balm as I own and have tried what feel like hundreds over the past two years that I would give you my personal opinion on a few Lip Balm I have tried out recently and wether they were work the money, and if they have done anything to help my lips. 1. La Roche-Posay - Barrier Repairing Balm I initially bought this as I had heard Estee Lalonde rave about how good it was for helping her lips from being so cracked and sore so thought it would help me. I use this every night and lather it on my lips and yes I do think it helps...

Mario Badescu Make Up Remover

For many months now I have been using a waterproof mascara as I feel like it hold a better curl and last a lot longer without dropping or shortening the curl. One thing I could not stand and quite frankly dreaded was having to take the mascara off to apply a fresh coat, I used to spend ages tugging at my lashes to try and get all the product off but for some reason my lashes just never felt clean, I always felt like there was still a coat of mascara on them. I searched the shops for removers that were specific to taking off waterproof mascara and even they did not seem to work either.  I loved how to mascara looked and I did not want to have to try and find another mascara that looked as good. I was looking through Beauty Bay a few months back and found the brand Mario Badescu and I remembered watching a video of Zoe where she spoke and raved about how good the brand was. Since I had tried everything else I didn't think it would hurt to give their waterproof ...
